BACKGROUND:

Godwin - 2028 ($700,000) Floridian ditch restoration and Godwin Lane pit regional pond.

Massachusetts Avenue and Hollywood Avenue - 2020 ($100,000), 2023 ($350,000) Massachusetts Avenue pit pond, Erress Boulevard drainage easement outfall and Massachusetts Avenue sidewalk project. Hollywood Avenue right of way already drains to this pit.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The Donor has agreed to pay all costs associated with the recording of the documents. Taxes for the current year are not yet due and payable. A recommendation will be brought before the Board to cancel the taxes as provided in Section 196.28, Florida Statutes, when the donation is complete.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:
The Limited Warranty Deeds were approved as to form and legal sufficiency by Stephen West, Assistant County Attorney. The IRS Form 8283 and gift substantiation letter are subject to legal sign-off.
PERSONNEL:
All work associated with this request is being done in-house and no additional staff is required.
