RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #114 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #114, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110) in the amount of $7,008, to recognize the remaining balance of the BP Promotional Fund Grant for the marketing initiative to promote "Naturally EscaRosa" by expanding and updating the promotional banners, billboards, and the smartphone app, which puts the trail map and contact information at the fingertips of visitors.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County Extension Services was awarded funding for the BP Promotional Fund Grant to promote the "Naturally EscaRosa" Project. Remaining funds were not budgeted in the current fiscal year and need to be recognized to complete the marketing initiative of promoting "Naturally EscaRosa" by expanding and updating the promotional banners, billboards, and the smartphone app, which puts the trail map and contact information at the fingertips of visitors.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 by $7,008.
