RECOMMENDATION:

5:31 p.m. Public Hearing to consider amending Volume 1, Chapter 10, Article I, Section 10-11(c), Section 10-14(g), and Section 10-18, of the Escambia County Code of Ordinances, regarding Animal Control.

Recommendation: That the Board authorize the cancellation of the 5:31 p.m., Public Hearing to consider amending Volume 1, Chapter 10, Article I, Section 10-11(c), 10-14(g), and 10-18, of the Escambia County Code of Ordinances, regarding Animal Control.

BACKGROUND:

The public hearing was previously advertised on March 9, 2019, for the April 4, 2019 BCC Meeting. The recommendation for cancellation of the Public Hearing is to allow the County Attorney to review some additional changes that may be required in the definitions of Chapter 10.
