Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property of the Clerk & Comptroller's Office - Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for Clerk & Comptrollers Office for the equipment, which is described and listed on the Request Form, with a reason for disposition stated. The item is to be auctioned as surplus or disposed of properly.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County policy establishes the procedures for disposing of surplus or obsolete equipment. This policy and procedure is in accordance with Florida Statute 274.06.
