	2.	Designation of Registered Agent and Registered Office - Alison Rogers, County Attorney

	3.	Recommendation Concerning the Acknowledgement of the Appointment of the Officers of the Escambia County Area Transit Authority - Alison Rogers, County Attorney That the Board acknowledge for the Official Record the appointment of the following officers of the Escambia County Area Transit Authority: A. President - Jack R. Brown, County Administrator; B. Secretary/Treasurer - Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller; and C. Executive Director - Mike Crittenden, Mass Transit Director.

	2.	Website Requirements - Alison Rogers, County Attorney

	3.	Recommendation Concerning Recognition-Acknowledgement Petition and Resolution of Recognition to the Public Employees Relations Commission- Kristin D. Hual, Senior Assistant County Attorney That the Board, acting in its capacity as the Board of Directors of the Escambia County Area Transit Authority, take the following action: A. Approve the Recognition-Acknowledgement Petition as requested by the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1395, and authorize the Chairman to execute Part II as the “Employer Representative”; and B. Adopt the Resolution of Recognition and authorize the Chairman to execute the Resolution.

	4.	Recommendation Acknowledging the Ordinance Establishing the Escambia County Area Transit Authority as a Dependent Special District of Escambia County, Florida - Kristin Hual, Senior Assistant County Attorney That the Board acknowledge for the Official Record Ordinance 2018-8, adopted at the February 15, 2018, Board of County Commissioners' Meeting, which established the Escambia County Area Transit Authority as a Dependent Special District of Escambia, County, Florida.
