Williams at 3076 Woodbury Circle was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal on August 2, 2019, and was sent to 107 registrants in Vendor Registry (Exhibit I).  A mandatory pre-solicitation conference was held on August 9, 2019 at the property and was attended by four firms.  Sealed bids were received from three firms on August 19, 2019, with McDELT, LLC. being the lowest, most responsive bidder (Exhibit II). The Agreement was signed by the County Administrator on September 11, 2019 (Exhibit III).
