That the Board acknowledge for the Official Record Ordinance 2018-8, adopted at the February 15, 2018, Board of County Commissioners' Meeting, which established the Escambia County Area Transit Authority as a Dependent Special District of Escambia, County, Florida.

BACKGROUND:

At the February 15, 2018, Regular Board of County Commissioners' (BCC) Meeting, the BCC adopted Ordinance 2018-8, at the 5:33 p.m., Public Hearing, establishing the Escambia County Area Transit Authority as a Dependent Special District of Escambia County Florida.
