Recommendation Concerning the Acquisition of Property Located in the Northwest Corner of West Kingsfield Road and County Road 297-A - Joy Jones, P.E., Public Works Department Director

That the Board accept for information the Public Disclosure of Interest Form, provided by DSLD Homes (Florida), LLC, the owner of the two parcels acquired within Kingston Place Subdivision for intersection improvements.

BACKGROUND:

At its regular meeting on January 4, 2018, the Board authorized the purchase of two portions of parcels located within Kingston Place Subdivision. These were purchased, along with two others, for intersection improvements at West Kingsfield Road and County Road 297-A. At the time of the January 4, 2018, Board meeting, one parcel was under the ownership of Kingston Place HOA. Recently, that ownership was conveyed to DSLD Homes (Florida), LLC.

This disclosure is for both parcels that are now currently owned by DSLD Homes (Florida), LLC.
