RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #134 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #134, Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) Fund (352), in the amount of $11,757, to recognize insurance proceeds received for damage to a guardrail at Eleven Mile Creek, and to appropriate these funds back into the Cost Center from where repair costs were expended.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County received reimbursements totaling $11,757 for damage to a guardrail at Eleven Mile Creek. Repairs were done by County Engineering using LOST funds, so the proceeds are reimbursing that LOST cost center (210107).

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 352 by $11,757.
