RECOMMENDATION:

January 19, 2017, communication from Isaac T. Newlin requesting that he be allowed to pay the original Municipal Services Benefit Unit Special Assessment Lien, in the amount of $413.50, placed on the property he owns located at 900 Corto Drive, Pensacola Beach, Florida, and that all interest accrued against the Lien be waived.
