RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #058 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #058, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110), in the amount of $45,000 to recognize additional grant proceeds from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the Ex-Oriskany PCB Artificial Reef Monitoring Project. This will increase the grant from $45,000 to $90,000; increase the number of samples to be analyzed from 60 up to 120 fish; and extend the expiration date from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2018.

BACKGROUND:

On January 19, 2017, the Board approved an agreement with the FWC for the Ex-Oriskany PCB Artificial Reef Monitoring Project. This agreement will increase the grant from $45,000 to $90,000; increase the number of samples to be analyzed from 60 up to 120 fish; and extend the expiration date from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2018.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 in the amount of $45,000.
