RECOMMENDATION:

5:33 p.m. Public Hearing for consideration of adopting an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 5,"Subdivision," Section 2-5.7, "Final Plats," of the Land Development Code.

Recommendation: That the Board adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 5, "Subdivision," Section 2-5.7, "Final Plats," of the Land Development Code establishing a requirement for an infrastructure maintenance real estate disclosure.

BACKGROUND:

At its January 5, 2017 meeting the Board approved setting the Public Hearing for consideration of amending the Land Development Code to establish a requirement for an infrastructure maintenance real estate disclosure. The Board also directed staff to take this amendment for review and approval to the Planning Board on February 7, 2017.

This ordinance was drafted by the County Attorney, Alison Rogers, and approved by the Planning Board. The ordinance was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal on February 4, 2017.
