RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County - John J. Lanza, MD, PhD, MPH, FAAP, Director - Florida Department of Health-Escambia

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County, declare surplus, and authorize the disposition of the assets shown in the list provided. The assets listed are County assets held and utilized by the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

Florida Statutes requires the Board of County Commissioners to declare surplus all assets listed on the County's fixed asset inventory that will be disposed. The vehicle is no longer fit for its intended use. Escambia County Risk Management will coordinate the salvage of the vehicles.

Upon approval by the Board, Risk Management will coordinate the salvage of the vehicle. Vehicle has been relocated to the Road Department.
