RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 between Escambia County and Five Flags Sertoma of Pensacola, Inc. - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board take the following action concerning the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement between Escambia County and Five Flags Sertoma of Pensacola, Inc.:

A. Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement between Escambia County and Five Flags Sertoma of Pensacola, Inc., in the amount of $75,000, to be paid from the 4th Cent Tourist Development Tax Fund (108), Cost Center 360105, to be used for the Sertoma's Fourth of July Celebration; and

B. Authorize the execution of the necessary Purchase Orders.

BACKGROUND:

The County makes payments in support of activities of certain outside agencies approved by the Board. In order to recognize these contractual agreements and establish the source documents by which payment can be made, Board approval of these Agreements is necessary.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Budget.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:

The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the Agreement.

Board approval of this Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement is necessary.
