Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for the Court Administration Office - Will Moore, Chief Deputy Court Administrator
That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Court Administration Office, for property that has far exceeded the manufacturer's warranty and is past its end-of-life. Some equipment is not operational and is now no longer of use to the department. These items are listed on the provided spreadsheet with reasons stated.
BACKGROUND:
IT equipment purchased from Article 5 Funding by the Office of the Court Administrator.

Approved by Craig Van Brussel, Court Technology Officer for the Office of the Court Administrator.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
In compliance with FS 274.07 and BCC Policy B-1, 2, Section ll, Procedures for Disposition of County Property.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Items have no residual value other than scrap. Recommend Escambia County pick uo items for disposal/destruction. Please contact Patt Ormerod at 595-4406 to schedule pickup.
