RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Reinstatement of Property to the Public Works Department - Wes Moreno, Public Works Department Director

That the Board approve the Request for Re-Instatement of Property Form for the Public Works Department, for property described and listed on the Form, with reason for reinstatement noted. The item has been found to still be useful to the County. The Request Form has been signed by all applicable authorities to be reinstated to the Fleet Maintenance Division.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County policy established the procedures for reinstating surplus or obsolete equipment. The surplus property listed on the attached Reinstatement Form has been checked and declared to be suitable for further use to the County and therefore we are requesting reinstatement.
