The information report to the Board consists of a copy of the CRA Annual Report from October 1, 2015 - September 30, 201, a copy of the Five-Year Expenditure Report from 2011-2016, a copy of the 2016 Expenditure Report, and a copy of the Five-Year Expenditure Report from 2011-2016 for the Safe Neighborhood Program.
During this year 2016, CRA Programs expended over $1.1 million in TIF and SN revenues in various CRA & SN areas to support streetlights, sidewalks, demolitions, lot abatements, streetscape maintenance, residential/commercial Grants, neighborhood cleanups and other operating activities that promoted the enhancement of neighborhood safety, reduction of blight, determent of crime, and improving property assess values in the communities.
