RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for Court Administration - Craig Van Brussel, Court Technology Office

That the Board approve the Disposition of Property Form for Court Administration, for property that was not located during the annual inventory. This equipment was not operational and would not be of use to the department. If this equipment is found at a later date, Court Administration will process the reinstatement paperwork.

In compliance with FS 274.07 and BCC Policy B-1, 2, Section II, Procedures for Disposition of County Property.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Items had no residual value other than scrap. If lost items are located, Escambia County Facilities Maintenance will be notified to pick up items for disposal/destruction.
