RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #147 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #147, Local Option Sales Tax Ill (LOST) Fund (352), in the amount of $17,625, to recognize the proceeds from the sale/auction of older, high-mileage vehicles that were purchased with LOST and to appropriate these funds back into LOST Project 08SH0018, for future vehicle/equipment purchases.

BACKGROUND:

The Sheriff also sold/auctioned three vehicles originally purchased with LOST totaling $17,625, funds will be placed back into the Sheriffs LOST allocation for future vehicles/equipment purchases.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This Amendment will increase Fund 352 (LOST Ill) by $17,625.
