Recommendation: That the Board adopt the Agenda as prepared (or duly amended).

Recommendation Concerning Navy Federal Credit Union Memorandum of Agreement - Portion of OLF-8 - Alison Rogers, County Attorney

That the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Navy Federal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), to address job creation by NFCU as a precondition to closing on approximately 98 acres at the OLF-8 site.
