RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning Exercising the Second of Two Possible One-Year Renewal Periods Related to PD 17-18.096, Roadway Materials Pricing Agreement - Wes Moreno, Director, Public Works Roads Infrastructure and Paul Nobles, Purchasing Manager, Office of Purchasing
That the Board approve the utilization of the second of two possible one-year renewal periods provided for under Section 2 of the Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery Agreement for Roadway Materials Pricing, effective October 31, 2020, with the following vendors:
- Roads, Inc. of NWF
- Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc.
- CW Roberts Contracting, Inc. (via Midsouth Paving, Inc., which was purchased by CW Roberts Contracting, Inc.)

BACKGROUND: |
Invitations to Bid, PD 17-18.096, Roadway Materials Pricing Agreement, were publicly noticed on August 27, 2018, to seven known providers. Bids were received from three providers on September 19, 2018.
The Agreement provides for a price adjustment on a 12-month basis. The updated pricing is included in the provided documentation. |

The Road Department shall perform the function of Contract Administration and Management for this project, with the assistance of the Office of Purchasing for specific needs. |
