This Interlocal Agreement between Escambia County and the City of Pensacola is for the resurfacing of roadways that cross jurisdictional boundaries.

In February 2017, the City approached County Staff to partner on their proposed resurfacing project. The roadways included in the Interlocal were reviewed and approved by County Staff. County Staff drafted an Interlocal Agreement with the assistance of the County Attorney's Office, and the Agreement was forwarded to the City for execution. County Staff did not receive the partially executed document. Thereafter, the City proceeded with their project, and the described work is now complete. After realizing the Agreement was never fully executed and the originals were lost, the City executed newly finalized originals of the same document on November 30, 2017.

As provided in the Agreement, reimbursement shall not exceed $100,000.00, and the actual amount requested as reimbursement by the City is $84,763.37.
