Special Magistrates' Recommended Decisions.
Recommendation:
That the Board review and either
uphold
or
overturn
the recommended decisions of the Special Magistrates for Petitions 2016-001, 2016-014, and 2016-104.
Background:
Hearings for the 2016 Petitions to the Value Adjustment Board were conducted by Attorney Special Magistrate Larry A. Matthews on October 26, 2016, and Appraiser Special Magistrate Robert Sutte on November 28, 2016.
