Approval of the October 20, 2015 RESTORE Advisory Committee Meeting
Motion was made by Christain Wagley to approve the October 20, 2015 Minutes of the RESTORE Advisory Committee Meeting. Michelle Inere seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

- Process Feedback
Chairperson, Bentina Terry, asked the Committee how the process of scoring the projects was going and if the Committee had any issues or concerns. The following items were decided.
- If a Committee member has a conflict of interest, they must abstain their score.
- If a Committee member is not comfortable scoring a project due to lack of background knowledge, experience, ect…, they may choose to abstain their score for that project or leave the Dewberry score.
- The meetings will be moved back to the BCC Chambers (221 Palafox Place) for better public viewing.
- Review of Projects 1 – 62
The Committee reviewed projects 1-62. Chairperson Terry allowed time for discussion or questions regarding each project. Due to technical issues and allow more review time, the Committee decided to do a recap of project 1-62 at the next meeting before moving on to 63-124.
