	A.	5562	Email and Petition For Review received from Wayne Mitchell, Esq., requesting an appeal/review hearing by the Board of County Commissioners of the stay granted in the Timothy Duggins/Duggins Carpet Care, Inc. matter.

10.			NOTICE TO APPEAR:

	A.	5561	Robert Christopher Vail, State Certified License No.: CBC 1256598 1. Violation of Section 54-37, Escambia County Code of Ordinances, "No person shall install, construct, extend or alter a septic tank system without first obtaining a valid permit to do so from the healrht department. Upon completion of the work for which the permit was obtained, and prior to its covering, the septic tank system shall be inspected and approved by the health department." 2. Violation of Section 18-37(d)(4), "Violation of state or local building codes or laws."
