4.			Public Hearings.

	A.	5536	Cinerator as Accessory Use in C-2

			A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending Articles 3 and 6 That the Board review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for adoption, an Ordinance to the Land Development Code (LDC) amending Article 3, Section 3.02.00 by adding a definition for Cinerators and amending Article 6, Section 6.05.16 by adding Cinerators as a permitted accessory use for mortuaries and funeral homes.

5.			Action/Discussion/Info Items.

	A.		Front Yard Fence, presentation by Andrew Holmer.

6.		5660	Draft Land Development Code

			1. Chapter 1 - Administration 2. Draft Design Engineering Standards Manual (DESM) and Environmental Standards Manual (ESM) 3. Briefly discuss the proposed outline for February 18, 2014 meeting
