[Represented by Wes Reeder, Esq.]

1) Replacement windows were not securely fastened into the wall framing. Several screws were in the foam board only.
2) The sliding door in the sun room was not flashed, which has allowed water to infiltrate the wall and cause damage to the sheetrock and door casing.
3) The newly tied-in roof over the front porch is leaking and has stained the new cedar siding and ceiling.
4) The glass in mud room door was not secure.
5) The dryer vent was not installed.
6) The shower/steam unit was never connected to the electrical supply.
7) Areas of new soffit and fascia material are unfinished and becoming affected by the weather.
8) The concrete at the front porch needed to be widened to support the new column; the slope also had to be adjusted to shed water away from the house.
9) The electrical connection for the water heater is not hardwired; there is only an "extension cord" plugged in.
10) Lien filed by Thomas Godwin and Electrical Services of Pensacola, Inc.
11) Lien filed by Grant Wood and Grant Wood Contracting, Inc.
