		Recommendation: That the County Investment Advisory Committee (CIAC) approve the Minutes of the Quarterly Meeting of the CIAC held January 20, 2012, as prepared by Doris Harris, Deputy Clerk to the Board.

6.	2142	Review of Investment Reports for January, February, and March 2012 - Patty Sheldon.

7.	2176	Portfolio Review and Market Update - Steven Alexander and David Jang, PFM Asset Management, LLC.
