5.		Technical/Public Service

	1.	Recommendation Concerning the 2019 Annual Update to the Escambia County Ten-Year Transit Development Plan - Tonya Ellis, Interim Mass Transit Director That the Board take the following action: A. Approve and adopt the 2019 Annual Update to the Escambia County Ten-Year Transit Development Plan (TDP) prepared by the Mass Transit Department, ensuring that Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) services are eligible for State Transit Block Grant and other transit funding available from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT); and B. Direct the Interim Mass Transit Director to provide copies to FDOT and other appropriate agencies.

	2.	Recommendation Concerning the Escambia County Area Transit Title VI Program Updated Plan - Tonya Ellis, Interim Mass Transit Department Director That the Board review and approve the Title VI Program for Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT): A. Adopt the ECAT Title VI Program; and B. Approve and authorize the County Administrator to sign the Title VI Policy Statement.
